Fun Fitness Activities & Challenges

We're spontaneous and love that In House Studio Fitness has real community spirit. Our members become part of the In House Studio Fitness family and as families do, we too get together throughout the year for some fun weekend activities and adentures.

Upcoming Activities

23rd June 2019 - To be advised but block out the date as it will be fun!


  • 5th  May  Wings for Life


  • 2nd June MS Walk/Run Albert Park Lake 5k and 10k. We are signing up for the 10k run but runners or walkers are most welcome to join us if they wish.


  •  13th October 5k and 10k Asics Run


  • TBA Mile2marathon    The date is yet to be decided- possibly Oct/Nov 2019. We will need a team of 6 for this one.
