"I help people of all ages become healthier, happier and more confident... without the gym intimidation."

I opened In House Studio Fitness back in 2004 because I wanted to create something different. A place where fitness was fun, accessible, and completely judgement-free. Twenty years on, that's still what I'm about. Some of my clients have been training with me for 15+ years, and fitness has just become a natural part of their everyday life.

Here's what I promise: it won't matter what you wear or how unfit you feel walking in. What matters is that you'll work hard, get results, laugh, make new friends, and actually enjoy training. I'm AUSactive accredited with 20+ years of experience, but more than that, I genuinely care about helping you, at your own pace, become the fittest, happiest version of yourself.
