Is this a live challenge with a start date? +
No — Eat Move Live is fully self-guided. There's no scheduled start, no group and no cohort. You buy it once, download it, and begin your six weeks whenever it suits you. Work through it at your own pace.
Do I need a gym or special equipment? +
No gym needed. The workouts are designed for home with a set of dumbbells you're comfortable with — and Cath shows you how to improvise with tins of food or water bottles if you don't have weights yet. Comfortable clothing, supportive shoes and a water bottle and you're set.
How much time does it take each day? +
It's flexible. The workouts start at just 4 minutes a day, and the weekly EAT · MOVE · LIVE activities slot into normal life. You'll get the best results by following the food guidance consistently, but nothing here demands hours in the kitchen or the gym.
Do I have to count calories? +
Not unless you want to. The program teaches simple hand-size portions and whole-food choices instead of calorie counting. There's optional guidance for anyone who likes to track, but it's never required.
What if I get stuck or have a question? +
Although it's self-guided, you're not on your own. Cath is reachable by email if you have a question or need a little help along the way — and she'll send you a personalised certificate when you finish.
