Team Building Activities & Challenges
We're spontaneous and love that In House Studio Fitness has real community spirit. Our members become part of the In House Studio Fitness family and as families do, we too get together throughout the year for some fun weekend activities.
We get along so well that we have run 2 x Bali Fitness Adventures!
We organise a range of activities throughout the year that are voluntary for our members. Over the years our fitness events and activities have included:
- Bush walks
- 30 day challenges
- Indoor beach volleyball day
- Kayaking on the Yarra
- Indoor rock climbing
- Fat Loss challenge
- St Kilda beach bike ride and more.
