Our sessions run from 6.00am or after 6.00pm most evenings. Content of group training sessions are always varied to keep things fresh and fun.  If you'd like to arrange personal training outside the weekly timetable contact me to arrange.

6.00am: Earlybird
45 minutes


6.30pm: Strength Class
45 minutes

Tuesday

6.00pm: AMRAP
45 minutes


6.45pm: Boxing for fitness
45 minutes

Wednesday

6.00am: Earlybird
45 minutes


6.00pm: Cardio Core
45 minutes


6.45pm: Strength
45 minutes
 

Thursday

12.30pm: Lunchtime Fitness
45 minutes

6.00pm: Body Blast
60 minutes

 

Friday

6.00am: Earlybird
45 minutes

9.30am: Friday Fitness
45 minutes

 

Saturday

7.45am: Run Club                                        40 minutes

8.30am: Circuit
60 minutes
